Doctor of Physical Therapy in Christ-Centered Leadership – 49 credit hours
The Doctoral program in Physical Therapy, or DPT, is a terminal degree designed for licensed physical therapists to advance in clinical specialization, residencies, fellowships, and other special studies. This unique program studies Christ-centeredness as a spiritual operative in clinical applications, a perspective not commonly found in other physical therapy programs. The approach is scholarly, investigating and defending theoretical, methodological, and analytical evidence on the effect of integrative approaches. Science-based principles are combined with Christian ideologies and pastoral trends, inspiring a new way of thinking and advancing the approaches implemented by the physical therapist. A master’s degree in physical therapy is required for program entry.
